I am a 2nd Year PhD student studying how the pathogen-host interface affects the host immunity via underlying epigenetic modifications. I have spent my honours and masters years investigating malaria and histone modifications via molecular wet lab techniques; and am now focusing on tuberculosis using bioinformatic and next generation sequencing approaches in my PhD.
